He does need to be more involved. I don't know if he's capable of playing PG, but he can certainly create off PnRs. If Monty lessened Marco's role as designated shooter, I could see a benefit in his coming off the bench and being a better creator than Jack. But I don't see any of this happening now. If anything, I'll just have to wait until this summer when Marco is back with the NT. Monty is a fundamentally sound HC, he just needs to think outside the 'box' every now and then.
