Sono d'accordo. Però visto che hai fatto giocare gli stessi 5 (Booker, Vukcevic, Gallinari, Sesay e Watson) per oltre 30 minuti a partita tutto l'anno, non sarebbe stata una brutta idea farli riposare un pò in vista dei PO.

Poi chiaro che le vittorie di Teramo e TV allo scadere hanno rovinato tutto e allora meglio così, però per noi tifosi dell'Olimpia la (tenue) speranza di tenere il Gallo ancora qua in Italia per un pò passa dalla qualificazione all'Eurolega e allora le pensi tutte.

Detto questo la squadra ha una sua dimensione e ne sono contento, quindi vediamo cosa succederà.

EDIT per il Prescelto: si qualificano la vincitrice della RS (Siena) più le 3 migliori dei Play off, ossia le due finaliste + la migliore semifinalita (se Siena non arriva in finale), oppure l'altra finalista e le 2 semifinaliste (se Siena arriva in finale). Rispondo a London poi basta perchè siamo OT:

l'Eurolega ha deciso di concedere questo diritto ad alcune squadre (credo le prime due) di due campionati fa, ossia Treviso e la Fortitudo. Per mantenere tale diritto, dovevano arrivare nelle prime nove pena la perdita.

Siccome l'anno scorso entrambe sono arrivate dal decimo in su, la Fortitudo l'ha perso definitivamente, Treviso invece lo ha mantenuto in quanto sul campo avrebbe conquistato tale diritto (triennale). In ogni caso scade quest'anno per cui mi auguro che questa regola assurda non venga più riproposta.

Beh purtroppo me lo aspettavo. Oramai l'unica speranza che rimanga è legata a questi fatti:

1. Milano centri l'Eurolega
2. Armani compri l'Olimpia nel prossimo mese e decida di farne un top team europeo, responsabilizzando Danilo.

In ogni caso se proprio dovrà andare, mi auguro che giochi ad est, in modo da poterlo vedere.

sono stra contentissimo per il gallo e sono pure io dell'idea di the huge e cioè sperare che vada ad est per seguirlo in orario "abbastanza" decenti!!
questa dichiarazione del gallo mi fa sorgere però una domanda:...quest'anno le redini del gioco (bisogna dire)erano pienamente nelle mani del giovane diciannovenne e sia tutti i suoi compagni sia il suo mister si fidavano di lui....ora che lui andrà via da Milano cosa succederà alla squadra? riuscirà a ricostruirsi meglio di quest'anno anke senza la presenza del gallo???

The Best Defender Trophy is still to be awarded and the nominees for the All-Euroleague team announced. Gallinari, who turns 20 in August, never looked like a teenager on the court this season. His basketball pedigree surely helped. Gallinari's father, Vittorio Gallinari, was an Italian basketball star in the 1980s and early 1990s, best known for his work on the defensive end of the floor. Vittorio Gallinari won the 1987 Euroleague crown with Milano and also played for the Italian national team. Despite missing the first two games of the season through injury, the younger Gallinari stepped right in when ready and promptly dropped 18 points and 7 rebounds in his first Euroleague game as a starter. He reached the 20-point mark the next week – the first of four 20-point games he would mark up in the regular season. Moreover, Gallinari seemed to rise to the occasion against the toughest teams, averaging 23.5 points on 53.3% two-point and 38.5% three-point shooting, 4 rebounds and 3 steals in two games against Maccabi Elite, the only team from Milano's Group B that would eventually qualify for the Final Four. He also hit the key three-pointers down the stretch to lead Milano to its only home win of the season in January against Aris TT Bank. Consistency was a big part of his success and Gallinari scored in double figures in all but two appearances all season. Gallinari is the fourth winner of the award and the third to come from an Italian club. Last season the award went to Rudy Fernandez of DKV Joventut. How does it feel to be the Rising Star Trophy winner in your first Euroleague season?

"Obviously, it's a great feeling. It gives me great satisfaction and it's a reward for the job I did during the season with the team, and individually with the coaches. I recognize it as a great accomplishment."

What do you think of the fact that two of the four winners so far are Italian and another played in the Italian League?

"That's a great sign for Italian basketball and a good result, especially, for Italian players. I hope to see very soon that more Italian teams rise up and reach the best European level."

How did you enjoy your first Euroleague season?

"It's a very high-level competition. It's more physical, and everything is more difficult, especially going to the basket. The speed is also higher, so you have less time to take decisions. I enjoyed myself playing the Euroleague this season, even though I would like to have played more games. I hope to play another Euroleague and reach a lot further in the competition."

You witnessed a 50 Years celebration in Milan during the season. What does this anniversary mean to a rising star like you?

"It's a great sensation to play for a team like Olympia Milano, that has done so much in the past. It's an honor for me to wear this jersey and it pushes me to always give my best. I hope in the future that Olympia will again reach the kind of results they had when my father was playing."

si pero' quel sito ne dice di caz....secondo loro il gallo verrà scelto alla 6 dai bucks che hanno piu' o meno in quel ruolo yi e villanueva...boh..poi non voglio entrare di nuovo nel meccanismo del draft ma se anche st'anno i seattle sceglieranno per secondi a mio avviso si "dopa" l'nba...tutti baratterebbero 3-4 disastrosi per 115 da star tipo portland che ha scelto in anni ravvicinati aldridge oden e roy...boh lasciando stare le regolacce americane..mesi fa il gallo lo vedevo tra la 10 e la 15 ma ora come ora è piu' probabile dalla 5 alla 10 a mio avviso vale le prime 3 ma questo gli americani non lo sanno ovviamente.
certo a me basta che non vada oltre la 20 ma non c'è pericolo credo piu' che altro faccio attenzione a quale squadra lo sceglierà,meglio perdere 10 posizioni ma trovare spazio e minuti
